C21 Perdomo: A Multilingual Website Built i18n-First
Real estate is a language business as much as a property business. Buyers cross borders, agents field enquiries in more than one language, and a listing page that only reads well in English narrows the pool of people who ever see it. C21 Perdomo, a real estate agency, needed a site that treated that reality as a starting condition, not a problem to patch on later.
The Client
C21 Perdomo is a real estate agency running property listings, buyer enquiries, and agent communication through a single website. The brief called for a full rebuild rather than a translation layer bolted onto the existing site.
The Brief
The scope had two parts. First, a new multilingual website: an interface and content model built to serve visitors in more than one language, not an English original with a translated skin over it. Second, an integrated tracking system, so the agency could see how visitors actually move through listings and enquiries, wired into the site rather than added afterward as a separate tool.
Those two requirements shape one decision, not two. Build the tracking system and the multilingual interface separately, and they fight each other: locale switches that lose tracking context, or an analytics layer that quietly assumes one language. We treated them as a single system from the start.
The Build
We internationalized from the first commit. That is the same discipline we describe on our multilingual software development page, applied here to a real estate business instead of described in the abstract.
In practice, that meant a handful of concrete choices. Listing descriptions, agent bios, and site copy live behind a locale-aware content model rather than hardcoded English strings, so more than one language version can exist without duplicating templates. The interface itself, navigation, buttons, form labels, error messages, renders per locale instead of assuming English and patching exceptions afterward. Layouts were never sized for English word counts alone; a label that runs longer or shorter in another language still fits.
The tracking system sits inside that same locale-aware structure rather than beside it. Visitor and enquiry events carry the locale they happened in, so a lead generated from a listing viewed in one language isn't silently merged with a lead from the same listing viewed in another. For an agency, that distinction is the difference between knowing where interest actually comes from and guessing.
We built the site with AI-assisted development, the vibecoded approach behind every Globaprom project. Generated code moves fast, but it defaults to English assumptions unless something enforces otherwise. Every locale-handling decision on this build went through the same review discipline we apply on every project, so the multilingual layer held through iteration instead of eroding one convenient shortcut at a time.
What This Demonstrates
We didn't design this approach for C21 Perdomo. We designed it years earlier, running our own multilingual invoicing and vendor-portal systems inside the translation business Globaprom grew out of. This build is another instance of that discipline, not a special case assembled for one client.
That is the argument our multilingual software development page makes at length: a multilingual-first architecture costs little when it's a starting decision and a great deal when it's a retrofit, and the difference shows up in production, not only in a sales pitch. C21 Perdomo's site is that argument built and shipped, not just claimed. We aren't publishing a performance number for this project. What we can show is the architecture: locale-aware content, a multilingual interface, and an integrated tracking system delivered as one build, the way we approach every multilingual project.
