Tell Us What You Need Built

Describe the tool, automation, or integration your team needs, in plain language, at whatever level of detail you have. A rough idea is enough to start.

What Happens After You Write

No sales sequence, no autoresponder loop. Three steps:

  1. We read it and reply. A person answers with clarifying questions or a call slot, usually within 24 hours.
  2. A short scoping call. 30 minutes to map the workflow, the integrations, and the languages involved. No preparation required on your side.
  3. A fixed-price quote. One figure, one delivery date, in writing. You decide with no obligation. The quote costs nothing and the scope document is yours to keep either way.

If you want to see how the numbers are built before writing, read how our fixed-price packages work.

Frequently Asked Questions

How fast will I get a quote?

Most quotes go out within a few business days of the scoping call. Simple scopes (one tool, one or two integrations) move fastest. Complex scopes with several systems or languages take longer, and we tell you the quote date on the call.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. Send your NDA with your message, or ask us for a mutual one before you share anything sensitive. We spent 20 years handling confidential legal and medical translation, so confidentiality workflows are our native environment.

What if I only have a rough idea?

That is the normal starting point. Most clients arrive with a pain ("we re-key orders into the ERP"), not a specification. The scoping call exists to turn the pain into a written scope. You never pay for scoping.

Do you work with clients outside the US?

Yes: cross-border is our specialty. We grew out of a global translation business and work across North American and European time zones. Scoping calls are scheduled to fit your calendar, and delivery is async with a written scope, so time zones cost you nothing.
