About Globaprom: From Global Translation to AI-Built Software
Globaprom builds custom AI-assisted software for logistics, e-commerce, IT, manufacturing, and small-business teams. But we did not start as a software agency. We started as translators, and we ran a global translation business for more than 20 years before we productized the tools we built to run it.

Twenty Years of Translation First
Globaprom grew out of BeTranslated, a translation company founded in 2002. For over two decades, that business has delivered professional translation for clients ranging from law firms and medical-device manufacturers to freight forwarders and industrial exporters, across legal contracts, medical documentation, technical manuals, and logistics paperwork.
Running a translation business at that scale is an operations problem. Projects arrive in dozens of language pairs. Files move between clients, project managers, and hundreds of freelance linguists. Deadlines are fixed. Confidentiality is non-negotiable. We have handled confidential legal and medical material for 20 years, so confidentiality workflows are our native environment.
Off-the-shelf tools never fit that operation. So we built our own.
We Built These Tools for Ourselves First
Before Globaprom sold a single project, we were our own client. Internal systems we built and still run include:
- A translation project pipeline that moves files between clients, project managers, and freelance linguists across dozens of language pairs, with fixed deadlines and confidentiality enforced at every step.
- A vendor and linguist portal for managing our network of professional translators, their assignments, and their deliveries.
- A multilingual invoicing and quoting system built to handle multiple currencies and locales for clients around the world.
This is first-hand experience, not a portfolio claim. When we tell a freight forwarder that multilingual customs document automation works, it is because our own business ran on systems like it for years.
AI-assisted development changed one variable: speed. Builds that once took us months now take weeks. In 2026, we productized the capability and named it Globaprom.

The name comes from where we come from: Global Promotion and Translation, the same root as our translation heritage. We kept the connection deliberate. BeTranslated and Globaprom are linked companies, and both sites say so, because the translation track record is the proof behind the software promise.
