Why Work With Globaprom

Every agency's "why us" page promises the same things, so this one argues with specifics instead: five differences you can check, an honest section about who should not hire us, and one clear next step if the fit is right.

The Differences, in One List

  • Multilingual DNA. We ran a global translation business for 20+ years before we built software for anyone else. Every project is multilingual-ready from day one.
  • Operators, not only developers. More than 20 years managing and growing our own company, plus 25+ years of SEO practice and dozens of WordPress sites designed, developed, and ranked.
  • Fixed price. One figure against a written scope, agreed before work starts. No hourly meter.
  • Weeks, with human review. Most builds ship in 2–6 weeks, and an engineer reviews every line of AI-generated code before it merges.
  • You own everything. Source code, repository, data, documentation. You can leave whenever you like.

The rest of the page unpacks each claim.

We Built and Ran a Business First

Most development agencies have only ever built software for other people. We spent more than 20 years running our own: BeTranslated, a global translation company, with the payroll, cash flow, client deadlines, and hiring decisions that come with it. When you tell us a manual workflow eats ten hours a week, we do not need the pain explained. We automated the same pain in our own operation years ago.

The track record runs wider than translation. Over 25 years of SEO work generating qualified leads through search, and dozens of WordPress sites designed, developed, and ranked with measurable results. The people building your software have had to make their own websites pay.

The full story, including how the internal tools became the agency, is on the about page.

Multilingual by Default, Not by Retrofit

Almost no custom software development company can claim two decades of multilingual delivery. We can, and it shows up in the architecture: i18n-first builds, localized interfaces, and translation pipelines connected to professional translators rather than bolted-on machine output.

If your operation crosses borders, with customs documents, multilingual catalogs, or mixed-language teams, that heritage separates software that works at home from software that works everywhere you do. Adding a language with us is a linear cost, not a rebuild.

One Price, Agreed Before Work Starts

Traditional agencies bill $100–200 per hour against an open-ended estimate, which puts the delivery risk on your budget. We quote one figure against a written scope, with a delivery date attached. If the build takes longer than we scoped, the overrun is our cost, not yours.

Scope changes are quoted explicitly, in writing, before any extra cost exists. How the packages and quote process work is laid out on the pricing page.

Fast Because of AI, Safe Because of Humans

AI-assisted development compresses the build phase from months to weeks: 2–3 weeks for a workflow automation, 3–6 for a custom web app, 5–8 for a multilingual platform. Speed alone is not the pitch. Unreviewed speed is how AI-generated code earned its bad reputation.

Our rule is simple. AI generates; an engineer reviews every line before it merges, backed by dependency audits during the build. The full process, step by step with what you do at each stage, is documented on how we work.

The Code Is Yours

Handover includes the complete source code, the repository, the deployment configuration, and documentation written for whoever maintains the software next. No license fees, no per-seat charges, no dependency on Globaprom to keep running.

That policy has a page of its own: code ownership spells out exactly what transfers and why lock-in is not part of our model.

Who We Are Not For

An honest list, because a bad fit wastes your money and our weeks:

  • You need a large embedded team. We deliver scoped projects through our custom software development services, not staff augmentation or long-term on-site squads.
  • Your core system is regulated to certification level. Medical devices, banking cores, and similar builds need vendors holding certifications we do not claim.
  • You want the cheapest possible website. A template site builder will serve you better than any custom build, ours included.
  • Price without review is your only criterion. A no-review AI shop will always quote lower. We will lose that comparison on purpose.

If two or more of those describe you, we are probably not your vendor, and we will say so on the scoping call rather than after an invoice.

The Next Step Costs 30 Minutes

One free scoping call turns your problem into a written scope, a fixed price, and a delivery date. The quote carries no obligation, and the scope document is yours to keep either way.
